Role Description
As a Human Resources Intern at Arnifi, you will assist in various HR functions, including drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on administrative tasks, recruitment efforts, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru, offering hands-on experience and professional development in a dynamic organizational environment.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and processes
- Knowledge of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration
- Experience or coursework in Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office or other productivity tools
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous internship experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory
