Job Description:
-We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, social media management, and employee engagement.
-What You Will Learn and Contribute To
-Understand and Support the End-to-End Employee Life CycleAssist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
-Learn about employee lifecycle management, from hiring to exit processes.
-Gain insights into HR documentation and compliance.

-Create and curate engaging content to highlight the company culture, achievements, and opportunities.
-Collaborate with teams to design campaigns that attract talent and improve employee engagement.
-Employee Engagement ActivitiesPlan and execute fun and meaningful employee engagement activities.
-Collect and analyse feedback to foster a positive workplace environment.
-Support initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and morale.
-Employer BrandingBuild and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
-Develop strategies to showcase the company’s values, culture, and opportunities on various platforms.
-Work closely with marketing and HR teams to align branding efforts.
Qualifications:-
-Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Creative mindset with an interest in social media and content creation.
-Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
-Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
