HR Internship Opportunity – MBA (HR) | Hyderabad | On-Site
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Duration: 2–3 months
Stipend: Unpaid (Learning-focused internship)
This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with the HR team and understand real-time HR operations while contributing to improvement initiatives within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment activities
• Support employee onboarding and HR documentation processes
• Work on research assignments (under guidance) to help improve HR systems, processes, and practices
• Support initiatives related to Learning & Development (L&D) and skill development programs
• Assist in implementing employee engagement and HR improvement initiatives
• Support day-to-day HR operations and coordination
Eligibility:
• Pursuing or recently completed MBA with specialization in Human Resources
• Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and HR policies
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation will be an advantage
