Job Summary
ANP Consulting is seeking an experienced Recruiter (EPM Roles is ++) to lead end-to-end recruitment for EPM-focused positions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing and hiring professionals across EPM technologies and consulting environments, with the ability to build strong talent pipelines and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for EPM roles including requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Recruit for roles such as EPM Consultants, Architects, Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers
- Source candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical and functional requirements
- Screen candidates for technical skills, consulting experience, and cultural fit
- Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of EPM talent for current and future needs
- Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage the offer process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Stay current on EPM market trends, technologies, and talent availability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with consulting or professional services firms
- Understanding of finance transformation and EPM functional domains
- Proven ability to build long-term talent pipelines
