We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at HireBloc. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations while working in a fast-paced hiring environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain daily hiring trackers and documentation
Follow up with candidates till onboarding
Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets
Support HR team with routine administrative tasks
🎯 Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment process (training will be provided)
Ability to multitask and work under targets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
