Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources (HR) Intern. The HR Intern will assist in executing HR-related activities, including creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. The intern will also gain hands-on experience in HR administration, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to the overall development of the company.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles, with enthusiasm to learn and contribute
- Understanding of HR Management and ability to support the implementation and management of HR operations
- Familiarity with HR Policies and procedures to support organizational compliance
- Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and HR management tools
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Adaptability and willingness to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
