Role Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination, and administrative support.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong interest in HR functions, and wants hands-on exposure in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment. Guidance and training will be provided, but candidates with basic HR knowledge and prior internship exposure will be preferred.
📍 Location: Pune
🕒 Work Mode: Work From Office (Monday to Friday)
⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
- Source and screen candidates through platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and HR documentation processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HR department functions and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with sourcing and screening candidates
- Knowledge of Naukri portal functions and LinkedIn hiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Candidate should be based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately
- Previous HR internship experience will be preferred
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
