Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Aimlay is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohini. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and helping with onboarding and documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members on HR policies and procedures, assisting in administering employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and basic employee queries. The intern will also help prepare HR reports, contribute to organizing employee engagement activities, and ensure HR processes are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge and interest in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Understanding of HR Policies and basic compliance-related practices.
- Awareness of Employee Benefits and willingness to assist in benefits administration.
- Ability to support Personnel Management, including record-keeping and coordination.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with HR documentation and spreadsheets.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
