Role Overview
The HR Intern will support AaoStays’ human resources operations by assisting in recruitment coordination, HR documentation, employee engagement, and internal process support. The role is designed as a 2–3 month internship focused on learning and practical exposure. Completion of the internship does not guarantee conversion to a paid or full-time role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in resume screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Support job posting creation and coordination across platforms
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain attendance records for interns and employees
- Manage intern and employee data and HR records
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of HR documentation
- Support drafting of HR policies and code of conduct materials
- Assist in internal communication and coordination activities
- Support engagement initiatives and feedback collection
- Assist in onboarding activities and training coordination
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation pursuing or completed
- HR / Management background preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn HR operations in a professional environment
- Basic organizational and documentation skills
Internship Duration & Compensation
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- Compensation: Unpaid internship
- Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate will be provided
Post-Internship Engagement
Completion of the internship does not guarantee a paid role, employment, or extension. Any future engagement, if offered, will be based on organizational requirements and management discretion.
