ABOUT US
We design and manufacture purpose-built All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) engineered to perform in the most demanding environments — rugged off-road terrain, defence applications, adventure, and industrial use cases. Founded with a mission to redefine mobility at the edge, we have scaled rapidly and are now one of India's fastest-growing ATV manufacturers.
This is not a sit-and-watch internship. We are building the people engine that powers our next phase of growth — and we need someone ready to own it from day one.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Talent Acquisition — End to End: Source, screen, and pipeline candidates for engineering, operations, and shop-floor roles. Write JDs, coordinate interviews, and close offers — not just schedule calls. You own the funnel.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Manage onboarding flows, maintain employee records, track attendance and leaves, and ensure documentation is always audit-ready. Own the back-office that keeps the front-line running.
• Employer Branding & Outreach: Build our presence on LinkedIn and campus portals. Represent the brand at job fairs and college connect events. Help make our employer story as strong as our machines.
• People Experience & Engagement: Drive culture, recognition, and feedback initiatives — from team events to pulse surveys. A great team builds great vehicles.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are someone who likes to get things done — not handed off. You treat open roles as your problem to solve, not your manager's. Specifically:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills — you can hold a conversation with a shop-floor supervisor and a senior engineer with equal ease
• Comfortable with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Internshala, or campus networks
• Organised and detail-oriented — you will manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
• Self-starter who does not need to be told what to do twice
• Bonus: prior exposure to a startup, manufacturing, or fast-paced environment

ROLE DETAILS
Duration- 6 months (with PPO opportunity)
Location- Indiranagar, Bengaluru (On-site)
Stipend- 6k to 8k
Start Date- Immediate
Reporting To- HR Lead
