Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Chennai. The selected candidate will assist the HR team in day-to-day activities, including supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring employee benefits are effectively administered. Other responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and providing general support for various HR functions and processes to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions and basic HR principles
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies implementation
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pursuit of or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory
