About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. This is a great opportunity who are interested in building a career in HR and recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers
- Support in job postings and employer branding activities
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding coordination when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in any discipline (HR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
