What you'll do
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, and creative channels for roles spanning Sales, Ops, Product, and Tech
- Screen profiles, run first-round calls, and manage the pipeline end-to-end
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews and own candidate communication
- Help sharpen JDs and our hiring process
You are
- A final-year student or recent grad, ideally with an HR or business background
- A sharp communicator, written and verbal
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high-volume outreach
- Curious about people; a builder at heart
