About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and committed Human Resource Executive who is serious about building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, coachable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Schedule interviews and maintain follow-ups
- Work on Naukri optimization and job postings
- Optimize candidate profiles on LinkedIn
- Assist candidates with resume and cover letter improvements
- Support referral outreach strategies
- Execute LinkedIn outreach for lead generation and hiring
- Maintain hiring trackers and candidate databases
- Support onboarding and documentation
Who Can Apply:
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Anyone who wants to start their career in HR/Recruitment
- Open to all genders, including LGBTQ+ candidates
- Must have strong work ethics, be serious, committed, and willing to learn
- Should be coachable and open to feedback
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of hiring or willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a remote setup
Compensation:
- First 3 Months (Probation): ₹10,000/month
- Post Probation: Up to ₹3 LPA + Incentives
- Incentives: Potential to earn additional ₹1.5–2 LPA based on performance
