We are Hiring 15 Energetic RECRUITER INTERNS to Handle our International Education Project's Distribution Channel.
The ideal candidate will excel in this position if they can aid recruiting efforts and fulfill our Recruitment needs by matching Candidates. To do so, the candidate must be able to source and qualify leads meeting the company's criteria. To succeed, the candidate must understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.
Role Description
- This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter-Intern at क्लिक2Career.
- The Recruiter-Intern will assist in Sourcing, Screening, and Scheduling interviews.
- They will also support the Training team in various Orientation and Training Workshops and maintain candidate databases.
- Actively source and recruit eligible Admission Counselors.
- Scheduling Training and orientation for New Admission Counselors.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the Selected Admission Counselors Team.
- Motivate and guide the admission counselor team to become active in the operation.
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate Fresher Candidates Only.
- BBA, BCom, MBA, PGDM (HRM & Marketing) Fresher Most Preferable Candidate.
- Freshers Candidates Only Can Apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email writing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Applicants must have a Laptop and a Smartphone with a proper Wi-Fi connection at home.
