The Senior Analyst, HRIS is primarily responsible for the design, support, and maintenance of assigned Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), supporting outbound and inbound integrations
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field.
- At least five to seven years of related experience, including significant exposure to HR Information Systems, data analysis, and reporting and must have a solid understanding of Human Resources data and processes.
- Functional knowledge of the Workday system and Report Writer are strongly desired skills.
- Experience with delivering and supporting Workday HCM is strongly preferred for this position.
- Perform data conversion and data validation activities, and mass data loads in People Group systems as assigned.
- Manage internal controls requirements for People Technology system processes.
- Drive all aspects of system reporting, including creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, EEO compliance reports, and ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all People Technology systems by running audit reports, investigating errors, identifying re-occurring trends, and taking corrective action to ensure data integrity.
Work Environment:
- Standard indoor office environment.
- Long periods of sitting while working at computer.
- Timings 2:00PM to 11:00PM (In office)
