Role Purpose
- Defining and refining requirements for all aspects of a change (including systems and processes), to ensure accurate execution and embedding of the change within the People Team and wider organisation.
- Being the conduit IT for the maintenance and improvement of the People Systems. The role will be involved in change related activity, day to day system maintenance and updates.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis: working with stakeholders to define and refine the requirements to make a change successful. This includes the system and process changes, along with business readiness and service introduction.
System Maintenance: maintain and update the People system through supporting regular releases with developing test scripts and testing . Triage, assign, and monitor the progress of tickets through governance mechanisms and check-ins with the IT team.
Translating Business Objectives: Collaborate with IT and the People team to enable appropriate and practicable People system solutions to resolve business issues. Translating business objectives into technical requirements, ensuring the system aligns with organizational needs.
Process Improvements: Identify process-related improvements or policy changes to enhance system efficiency and optimize user experience.
Software Implementation/ Improvements: The People Systems Analyst works with:
- IT to support software implementation projects, integrating new modules or point solutions into the People software landscape.
- The Global Head of People Enablement, wider People team and IT to prioritise change activity within the People systems
- A project team, acting as an SME in larger transformational projects
- The People team to support the introduction of new People services through service introduction
- Colleagues to support training and engagement to ensure our key stakeholders are fully utilising the system
- Support the creation of system related ‘how to guides’ and knowledge management articles.
- Reporting: Provide clear reporting on People system change activity, system adoption and KPIs. Monitor and report on the Return on Investment of People system change activity
Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of HR / People technology platforms. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous
- Support a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and continuous learning across the organisation
- Proven delivery record in a HR IS or IT Related project
- Learning agility to take on new tasks and activities quickly and accurately
- Attention to detail and diligence when completing activities
- Has a growth mindset with the ability to successfully navigate complexity and understand what it takes to be successful in different contexts. Culturally sensitive, high integrity and values diversity.
- An understanding and previous of track record of working in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with all organizational levels
- Highest commitment to data confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with project and service management tools
- Hands on Knowledge of SQL Reporting would be favourable
This is a full-time position. The role will require travel to the office and is offered against a hybrid working arrangement with around 3 days per week in the office.
