Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment of potential candidates
- Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements and source suitable talent
- Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, and successful onboarding.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other databases
- Conduct screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities
- Maintain MIS on submissions, interviews, and selections in a timely manner
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
