Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive who can build and streamline people operations while ensuring a smooth employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining HR processes, ensuring policy compliance, supporting recruitment operations, managing documentation, and improving organizational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure all employee documentation is complete and up to date.
- Create and improve HR SOPs and operational workflows.
2. Recruitment Operations
- Coordinate interviews across teams.
- Schedule candidate interviews and maintain interview calendars.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring dashboards.
- Coordinate campus hiring and internship programs.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Manage attendance records and leave tracking.
- Coordinate with payroll for attendance inputs.
- Resolve attendance-related queries from employees.
- Ensure adherence to attendance and leave policies.
4. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Coordinate IT, administration, and reporting managers for seamless onboarding.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Manage exit interviews, clearance processes, and documentation.
5. HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in audits related to HR documentation.
- Track probation, confirmations, contract renewals, and policy acknowledgments.
6. Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize team activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
- Assist in creating a positive workplace culture.
7. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Track recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee engagement metrics.
- Generate HR dashboards for management review.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using HR data.
8. Policy & Process Management
- Draft and update HR policies.
- Standardize HR processes across departments.
- Recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure employees are informed about HR policies and updates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
