About The Role
The HR Business Partner (Manager) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving employee engagement, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring disciplined people practices. This role requires strong facilitation skills, maturity in handling performance conversations, and a proactive approach to managing engagement and culture initiatives. Success in this role is defined by strong stakeholder partnerships, effective execution, and measurable people outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement strategy aligned with business priorities
- Lead engagement and pulse surveys end-to-end (design, rollout, analysis, and action planning)
- Manage the annual engagement calendar with impactful initiatives
- Facilitate open houses, townhalls, all-hands meetings, and employee forums
- Partner with leadership to convert insights into measurable outcomes
Employee Relations & Performance Discipline
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and sensitive matters
- Lead performance management conversations, including PIPs and corrective actions
- Coach managers on handling difficult conversations effectively
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and organizational values
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding to ensure strong employee integration
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and insights analysis
HR Operations, Reporting & MIS
- Own HR MIS, dashboards, and leadership reporting
- Track and analyze trends related to engagement, attrition, and performance
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and timely reporting
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Payroll, and HR Operations teams
- Act as a proactive, solution-oriented HR partner

- High agility, proactiveness, and ability to handle ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and MIS
