Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new employee paperwork.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting with employee relations by addressing workplace issues and providing support to staff.
• Participating in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Supporting HR projects and initiatives to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
