Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates
- Assist with orientation, documentation, and new hire integration

- Track KPIs and assist in performance reviews
- Research market trends, support policy creation, and promote diversity
- Foster innovation and resolve team conflicts
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and report HR metrics
