Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Screen and shortlist applicants through phone calls/in-person interviews based on position requirements
• Schedule and conduct aptitude and/or written test for the candidates
• Work on conducting initial interviews for eligible candidates
• Work on finalizing applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications
• Perform reference and background checks
• Work on achieving staffing objectives within TAT
• Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
• Conduct regular follow-ups to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance
