Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle by creating job descriptions, sourcing suitable candidates, and posting vacancies across job portals and online platforms.
- Review and shortlist resumes by assessing candidates’ skills, qualifications, and experience in alignment with job requirements and organizational goals.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, explain the role, and coordinate the next steps in the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to arrange interviews, ensuring the recruitment process remains organized and efficient.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, interview feedback, and candidate information, while supporting onboarding procedures and preparing necessary HR documentation.
