Job details:
- Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support induction activities for new joiners
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events
- Support Learning & Organization Development (L&OD) initiatives
- Help in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Gain exposure to various HR functions and contribute to ongoing projects across the HR domain
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
