Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Recruitment support: Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and Internshala; scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads.
- Documentation: Assisting in the onboarding process, including collecting KYC documents and creating offer letters.
- Data management: Maintaining and updating employee records in Google Sheets (using VLOOKUPs and Data Validation to keep things organized!).
- Employee engagement: Helping organize office events, festivals (like Diwali/Holi celebrations), and monthly 'town hall' meetings.
- Attendance & payroll: Assisting in tracking daily attendance and leave management for the Mumbai staff.
