Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Role Review The Associate HR Operations will assist in managing HR processes, employee data, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. The role requires proficiency in HRMS tools like Keka for accurate data management and operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (Keka).
- Validating attendance and leave data in Keka.
- Ensure timely updates of salary revisions, promotions, and transfers in Keka.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards using Keka HRMS
- Handle employee queries related to attendance/leave & salary.
- Assist in statutory compliance and audit preparation.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of employee data in Keka HRMS (Target: 100%).
- Payroll data validation completed before cutoff date (Target: 100%).
- Query resolution time (Target: within 2 working days).
- Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Any level.
- Experience: 0–6 months in HR operations or payroll.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, and HR payroll knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, communication, and confidentiality.
