Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to evaluate role fit and communication skills.
- Explain the role, expectations, and company culture to potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal team members.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, hiring trackers, and recruitment documentation.
- Post job openings and manage incoming applications across different platforms.
- Research new platforms, communities, and sourcing channels to find high quality candidates.
- Continuously optimize and improve the hiring process for better efficiency.
- Use AI tools for candidate research, workflow automation, documentation, and hiring optimization.
- Assist with onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
- Support payroll coordination, HR documentation, and internal trackers.
- Assist the Founder’s Office with day to day operational coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence in conducting calls.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools for research, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Organized and detail oriented with good documentation skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and productivity tools.
- Strong research ability to find better hiring channels and candidates.
