Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure support
- Support in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Contribute to HR operations, including employee data management, documentation, and maintaining records
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and processes are followed across the organization
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Coordinate with different teams to facilitate seamless joining and exit formalities
- Participate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, activities, and culture-building efforts
- Assist in organizing events, feedback sessions, and internal HR initiatives
- Help in drafting and improving HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications
- Work on improving existing HR processes for better efficiency and employee experience
- Support in attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs (where applicable)
- Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Collaborate with leadership and team members on various HR projects and initiatives
- Take ownership of small HR tasks/projects and drive them independently
