Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and documenting HR SOPs and KRAs
Support HRMS (Darwinbox) implementation and data management
Work on improving and streamlining HR operations processes
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for process alignment
Maintain and update HR documentation with accuracy
