Job details:
- Talk to new clients and prospective leads
- Coordinate with existing clients and follow up with task updates
- Schedule and coordinate online and offline interviews and selection rounds.
- Handle communication with candidates and internal teams
- Manage end to end lead counselling for different courses- Guide prospective learners through course offerings and help them choose the right programme.
- Manage operational documentation including records, paperwork, and related files.
- Manage webinars end-to-end.
- Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets
- Execute bulk email campaigns for outreach, event promotion, and community communication.
- Work on lead generation and outreach through different promotional methods
- Collaborate with schools, colleges, and communities for social initiatives and outreach programmes.
- Support internal team coordination and contribute to team-building activities.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working hours: 8 to 9 hours everyday in office (between 10 am and 8 pm)
