Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in Excel or HR management systems
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
- Support in onboarding activities and documentation processes
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks and reporting
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication
- Support the HR team in ongoing recruitment and engagement activities
