Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source and screen candidate profiles
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers
- Manage follow‑ups and ensure a smooth interview process
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reports
- Handle documentation and basic HR operational tasks
