Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and documentation.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
- Support the HR team in various projects as needed.
Requirements
- This internship is open to candidates who are eager to gain practical experience in human resources.
- Applicants with an educational background in MBA/PGDM, BBA, or the pharmaceutical field are encouraged to apply.
- A proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for professional development are essential.
