Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in hiring for digital marketing roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding process and maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, attendance, and employee records.
- Track intern/employee performance, attendance, and daily work reports.
- Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and ensure smooth team communication.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide support to the Business Development team in coordination, communication, and basic operational tasks.
