Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
• Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and Indeed
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records in recruitment trackers or ATS
