Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Initial HR Screening Calls to assess communication, interest, notice period, CTC, etc.
- Maintaining Trackers – updating candidate status, interview feedback, and pipeline reports
- Candidate Engagement – regular follow-ups to ensure process continuity
