Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding, employee engagement activities, and HR documentation. Maintain candidate databases and generate basic reports using Excel/Google Sheets. Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
