Role Summary:
Stipend: 15k to 25k per month
Corporate relations and placements for a new gen college for entrepreneurship
In-office role, based in Express Chambers, Royapettah, Chennai. 40 hour work week
About IVB:
IVB - Institute of Venture Building, is a new age institute for entrepreneurship, based on experiential learning
Our programs offer a ticket to entrepreneurship with a safety net, where students build a business, with placements as a backup
Our flagship 3 Year UG program is structured such that students learn from industry experts (Year 1), gain experience through internships (Year 2), and build a business with co-founders, funding, and mentorship (Year 3)
Responsibilities:
During Year 2, each UG student undergoes 3 to 4 internships, and placements will be your primary project for the internship, along with assisting on other projects.
Corporate Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationship with companies for placements and other student engagements
Placement Operations: Facilitate smooth execution of placements, from application to interviews and offers
Student Mentoring: Guide students with placement preparation, profile building, and career choices
Events: Assisting with events organized by IVB, including Founders of Tomorrow (startup contest)
Desired Profile:
The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys talking to people, and has a passion towards education and entrepreneurship
