Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated Human Resources (HR) Intern to support our growing team. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations within a fast-growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates from multiple hiring platforms.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
- Support Employer Branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Organize Employee Engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications - Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
