The Candidate Will Have Responsibilities Across The Following Functions
Your Core Mandate: High-Velocity Recruitment:
- Own the Pipeline: Sourcers, agencies, and inbound applicants, you will manage the entire funnel to find "A-players" who match our high ambition.
- Fast-Track Candidate Experience: Ensure our interview process is lightning-fast, transparent, and creates an incredible first impression of Pivotrics.
- Employer Branding: Actively position Pivotrics as the most exciting place to work in Bangalore's competitive talent market.
Bulletproof HR Operations
- Onboarding to Exit: Design a flawless onboarding experience that gets new hires excited and productive from Day 1 and manages smooth exit workflows.
- HRIS and Documentation: Own the employee database, attendance, leave management, and asset coordination.
- Performance and Engagement: Run our appraisal/feedback cycles and design internal engagement initiatives that keep a high-performing team motivated.
Compliance And Payroll Support
- Local Compliance: Ensure Pivotrics is 100% compliant with Karnataka labor laws, shop and establishment acts, and professional tax regulations.
- Payroll and Benefits: Partner with our finance team/vendors to ensure seamless monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS), and health insurance management.
Requirements
- The Bangalore Hustler: You know how the local talent ecosystem works, where to find great people quickly, and how to close candidates in a competitive market.
- Execution-First: You don't need a massive team to get things done. You are highly organized, tech-savvy (familiar with modern ATS and HR tools), and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) + Backbone: You can build trust with the team while maintaining the operational discipline a fast-growing company needs.
- Clear Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication is non-negotiable.
