Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational objectives and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs by ensuring accurate attendance, leave records, and employee master data.
- Support performance management processes, including KPI tracking and appraisal coordination.
- Handle PF & ESIC compliance, documentation, filings, and coordination with external consultants.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring strict data confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Handle all admin responsibilities.
