We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, and core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Conduct initial HR screening and follow up with candidates. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Onboarding: Handle the complete onboarding process for new hires. Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters. Coordinate document collection and verification. Ensure smooth joining formalities and employee orientation. Maintain employee records and onboarding documentation. Assist new employees with company policies and procedures.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee database and HR records. Support attendance and leave management. Assist in payroll inputs and salary processing coordination. Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with HR policies. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement and HR activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
