We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at BCloud Global Services. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our workforce and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
- Maintain HRIS system and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, identifying opportunities for employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Assist in performance management process, conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
