Key Responsibilities

HR Support

• Assist in post-recruitment coordination, including offer generation, follow-ups, and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Coordinate induction and training sessions for new hires.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and documentation.
• Assist in drafting HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
• Support exit management processes.
  
  

Administrative Support

• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep.
• Support asset, inventory, and expense management.
• Maintain documentation for compliance, audits, and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with finance, admin, and legal teams for operational requirements.
• Ensure proper upkeep of office infrastructure and service requests.
