Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete hiring lifecycle—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
- Smart Sourcing: Actively use LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and professional networks to find top-tier candidates for technical, sales, creative, and managerial roles.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the face of Maa Homes, ensuring a smooth, warm, and highly professional interview process for every applicant.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active, clean database of potential candidates for future business needs.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews, align with department heads, and assist the Senior HR Manager with onboarding formalities.
