Job Description
Vahlay Consulting Inc., a leading provider of telesales, customer service, and after-sales support for clients in the US and Canada, is seeking a versatile HR and Back Office Manager. The role involves managing HR functions like recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll, along with overseeing back-office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Address employee grievances and foster engagement.
- Implement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance.
- Manage performance reviews and training programs.
- Oversee payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure efficient back-office operations and maintain company records.
- Optimize processes and monitor KPIs for improvements.
- Liaise with departments, vendors, and clients.
