Key Responsibilities
- Maintain & monitor employee leave records (CL, SL, EL, etc.)
- Process leave applications & update leave balances
- Prepare monthly leave & attendance reports
- Support onboarding & induction activities
- Coordinate payroll inputs like attendance & leave records
- Ensure compliance with HR policies & procedures
- Assist in performance management activities
