Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rewa, for the position of Human Resources Head. The Human Resources Head will oversee and lead the strategic and operational aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities will also include developing HR policies, improving employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to foster a high-performing workplace culture. The role will also involve handling training and development programs and implementing HR best practices to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and managing a harmonious workplace environment.
- Knowledge of Compliance, Employment Laws, and HR Policy Development to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Expertise in Performance Management, Training, and Employee Development strategies to enhance productivity.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to align HR functions with overall business goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in a similar leadership role is strongly preferred.
