Role Description The Human Resources Head is responsible for leading the HR function at DenRoot Realty, ensuring that people practices support business growth and a positive workplace culture. This full-time, on-site role, based in Kanpur, involves overseeing recruitment and onboarding, designing performance management systems, and managing employee engagement and retention initiatives. The Human Resources Head will develop and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits strategies, and learning and development programs aligned with organizational objectives. The role also includes handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards, and advising leadership on workforce planning and organizational design. Collaboration with department heads to forecast staffing needs, drive culture-building initiatives, and support change management is integral to this position.

- Candidates should possess strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess expertise in talent acquisition and onboarding, including designing recruitment strategies and improving candidate experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee engagement, and retention, with the ability to design fair and transparent systems.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and compensation and benefits planning.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in organizational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills to work effectively across teams.
- Relevant experience in real estate or service-oriented industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with HR technology and data-driven decision-making.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with several years of progressive HR leadership experience, is preferred.
